Return & Refund Policy – Mokuhanga Prints

All of my mokuhanga prints are handmade using traditional woodblock techniques. Every impression pulled from a carved block is unique — slight variations in color application, paper texture, and registration are part of the process and proof of its authenticity. These differences are not considered defects.

However, customer satisfaction still matters.

Returns
If you receive your print and feel genuinely unhappy with the overall quality, you may request a return. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (typically $8 within the U.S.).
• Once the piece is received and inspected, a replacement or store credit will be issued.

Refunds
Refunds are rare but possible. If you are truly upset with the print you received, reach out within 7 days of delivery. If approved, a refund will be issued after the artwork is returned in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Situations
• Change of mind after purchase
• Damage caused after delivery
• Custom or personalized orders

I take pride in every print I produce and stand behind the craftsmanship. If something genuinely isn’t right, contact me — I’ll make it right within reason. Otherwise, all sales are considered final.
